This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, purchase or access our digital products, or participate in our programs, including 21-Day Family Digital Lockdown (Built on Teen Reality), our community, monthly Office Hours group calls, and the Founders 100 1-on-1 session (collectively, the “Services”).

Our Services are delivered through contentcreatormachine.com (the “Platform”). The Platform may also collect information under its own privacy policy and terms. Where applicable, both this Privacy Policy and the Platform’s policies apply.

1) Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: (A) you provide it, (B) we collect it automatically, and (C) we receive it from third parties.

A) Information you provide

Account and purchase information: name, email address, phone number (if provided), billing address (if provided), purchase history, transaction IDs.

Program participation information: intake forms, check-in posts, survey responses, community messages, and support requests.

Call participation information: questions submitted in advance, chat messages, and (if you choose to share) general device/account context.
Do not submit or share sensitive credentials (passwords, MFA codes, recovery codes, full account numbers).

B) Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we (and the Platform) may automatically collect:

Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referral URLs, pages viewed, dates/times, and interactions.

Cookies and similar technologies: used for login/session management, preferences, analytics, and measurement.

C) Information from third parties

You are responsible for what you choose to share publicly in the community.


6) Call Recordings (Office Hours and Founders 100)

We may record group calls and/or 1-on-1 sessions for quality, training, and/or replay access where offered. If recordings are offered, access is restricted to authorized members and subject to our program rules. Do not share sensitive information during calls.


7) Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.


8) Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

provide the Services,

maintain business records (e.g., transactions),

comply with legal obligations,

resolve disputes,

enforce agreements.

We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.


9) Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. (The Platform similarly requests that children under 13 not submit personal information.)


10) Your Privacy Rights (Texas and Other U.S. States)

Texas residents (TDPSA)

Texas law provides residents rights over personal data, including the right to:

correct inaccuracies,

delete personal data,

obtain a copy in a portable format,

opt out of processing for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling.

Appeals: If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our denial email with the subject “Privacy Appeal” and a short explanation. (Texas guidance requires a method of appeal.)

Other states

If you reside in another U.S. state with privacy rights laws, you may submit a request using the same method above. We will respond as required by applicable law.


11) International Users

We operate from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed and stored in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised policy.

Malware/Spyware/Viruses: Neither the Company nor the Site knowingly permit the use of malware, spyware, viruses, and/or other similar types of software.


Links to External Sites: The Company is not responsible for the content or practices of third party websites that may be linked to the Site. The Company is also not responsible for any information that you might share with such linked websites. Bulletin Boards and Chat Areas: Guests of the Site are solely responsible for the content of messages they post on the Company’s forums, such as chat rooms and bulletin boards.
