These Terms of Use and Refund Policy (“Terms”) govern your purchase of, access to, and use of the digital products, programs, community, and calls provided by Pinks Tech Services LLC dba Mr Pink (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including the 21-Day Family Digital Lockdown (Built on Teen Reality) course, community access, monthly Office Hours group calls, and the Founders 100 1-on-1 session (collectively, the “Services”). Our Services are delivered via contentcreatormachine.com (the “Platform”).

1) Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.


2) Purchases, Pricing, and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through the Platform and/or its payment providers. By purchasing, you authorize the charge and agree to the Platform’s payment processing terms where applicable.


3) License to Use; Personal Household Use Only

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, household use only.

You may not:

share logins or permit others to access your account,

copy, reproduce, sell, sublicense, distribute, or publicly display the course materials,

record, repost, or distribute calls or community content without our written permission.


4) Intellectual Property

All content included in the Services—videos, templates, dashboards, worksheets, text, graphics, logos, recordings, and other materials—is owned by the Company or licensed to the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.


5) Community Rules and Acceptable Use

You agree to participate respectfully and comply with all posted community rules. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

requesting or sharing instructions to bypass, defeat, or circumvent security controls, parental controls, monitoring tools, school/work systems, or safety mechanisms,

hacking, unauthorized access, surveillance, stalking, harassment, or invasion of privacy,

posting sensitive data (passwords, MFA codes, recovery codes, full account numbers, SSNs, etc.),

illegal activity or content, threats, hate, or harassment,

spam, solicitation, or disruptive behavior.

We may remove content and/or suspend or terminate access for violations, without refund where permitted by law.


6) Calls: Office Hours and Founders 100

A) Monthly Office Hours (Group Calls)

Office Hours are live group calls intended for educational implementation support. To keep calls efficient and safe:

Calls are typically 45 minutes.

Questions must be submitted in advance using the method provided in the community.

We may decline questions that are out of scope, unsafe, overly sensitive, or require professional services outside the Services.

B) Founders 100 (1-on-1 Session)

Founders 100 is a 30-minute educational implementation review session. It is not managed services, incident response, or a helpdesk. We may decline unsafe or out-of-scope requests.


7) Recording and Replay

Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and/or replay access where offered. By participating, you consent to recording. You may not record or distribute calls without written permission. Replay availability, if provided, is determined by the Company.


8) Disclaimers (Summary)

The Services are educational and informational only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional cybersecurity consulting or incident response services. We do not guarantee outcomes or prevention of scams, hacks, or identity theft. You are responsible for how you apply the information.

9) Refund Policy (7-Day “Quick Start Win” Guarantee)

A) Course Guarantee

Quick Start Win (must be completed within 7 days)

To qualify, complete all steps below and keep a brief record (screenshots or notes) showing completion.

Step 1 — Open Your Dashboard and Set Your Baseline (Day 1)

Open the Family Digital Safety Dashboard

Set your R/Y/G status for each pillar:

Accounts & Recovery

Devices & Monitoring Baseline

Scam Readiness

Identity / Data Exposure + Travel Safety

Choose your Top-5 priority accounts (from your Top-15)

Step 2 — Lock Down the Top-2 Accounts (Days 1–3)

For at least two of your Top-5 accounts (must include your primary email):

Change to a strong, unique password

Turn on MFA (authenticator app preferred)

Turn on new login alerts (if available)

Proof example: MFA enabled screen + login alerts enabled screen.

Step 3 — Complete the Account Recovery Baseline for Your Primary Email (Days 1–5)

For your primary email account, confirm:

Recovery email/phone are correct and protected

Backup codes are generated (if available) and stored offline

Unknown sessions/devices removed

Forwarding rules / filters reviewed for anything suspicious

Step 4 — Set Your Family Comms Rules (Days 3–6)

Pick your verification script

Set your money rule threshold (e.g., “Anything over $___ requires voice confirmation”)

Agree to “No passwords or codes by text

Proof example: completed Family Comms Rules card (photo or screenshot).

Step 5 — Save Your Emergency Assets (Days 5–7)

Save/print your Family Digital Emergency Card

Save/print your 72-Hour Incident Checklist

Choose where they will live (wallet/binder/notes app) so you can access them fast

Proof example: photo of printed cards OR screenshot showing saved files and location.

How to Request a Refund (within 7 days)

If the above requirements are met and you email within your first 7 days, we will issue a full refund.10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in prohibited conduct, or misused the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.


11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services.

If liability is imposed by a court, the Company’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to the Company for the Services in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

(Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.)


12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.


13) Governing Law and Venue (Texas)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.


14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
